Mike joined the Car shows for Charity board in 2015 and previously worked with them as a volunteer. He moved to the Tampa Bay area from New York as a young teenager. He attended Countryside High School, and it was there that he found his gift of working with people and spreading joy through laughter and kindness. Mike went on to travel the country and experience life. He spent over 18 months on the road with nothing but a backpack. His experiences with people made him realize that he loved not only hearing the stories of others but also that sometimes all people need is a person to listen. He went on to work for U.P.S. as a delivery driver for 17 years before he had a career ending injury. Mike used this injury to expand his knowledge and now holds his certification in Plant-Based nutrition from Cornell University. Mike is married to his lovely wife Angie and has a step daughter that attends UCF. He continues on his mission of spreading joy and happiness through laughter, and loves to work the registration table at Car Shows for Charity events to get to interact with all the registrants.
